The Mountainbike Paradise
Bettona, the precious Etruscan village to the left of the Tiber, the paradise of mountain biking, trail running and many other outdoor sports. The gentle hills of Martane, where the “Old Perugia” stood, overlook Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Deruta and Torgiano.

EXTREME 75 km – 3000 D +
DESCRIPTION
The most challenging track of the Bettona Etruscan Mtb. The route measures 75km, and has a height difference of about 3000 meters. It develops along the hills of Perugia Vecchia, Monte le Cinque Querce and the hills of Sagrantino above Bevagna. Its peculiarity is that it is 95% made up of forest paths, both uphill and downhill. After the 1st km you immediately discover the value of this route. The morphology of the land has very close level curves, therefore steep sections both uphill and downhill. The uphill slopes range from a minimum of 10% up to a maximum of 28%. The mainly technical descents have a very smooth and well guided bottom, consisting of beaten earth and fixed rocks on the ground in some points. Among the most beautiful descents we can list: Il Roccione, Il Diavlo, the Antenne, Il T16, the T14, Il Sambro, the Grotte di Sorgnano, Il Mulo, The brand new single track of the 3 Fossi La 3Tre, the Montagnola, the Cagna and to finish the final thrill of “THE BLACK”
In short, the Extreme route is suitable for a high level of cyclist.

This is the track from where the Bettona Etruscan Mtb originates. the route measures 50km, and has a difference in height of about 2000 meters. It develops along the hills of Perugia Vecchia and Monte le Cinque Querce. Its peculiarity is to be 95% made up of forest paths, both uphill and downhill.
